  • This role owns the end‑to‑end technical lifecycle of the Repairable List, from new spare part repair feasibility through steady‑state execution across multiple repair centers, delivering measurable impact on customer experience and Service P&L.
  • Define, document, and own global repair processes, test definitions, and engineering procedures to ensure consistent execution across all repair centers.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across repair centers to improve yield, MTBR, NFF rates, and NRI cycle time.
