The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach in Fayetteville to deliver training and coaching for social services staff involved with child welfare. Job Summary
The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
This position will provide coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit.
This is a full-time annually renewed grant-funded position requiring extensive travel throughout the state.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree plus one (1) year of professional experience with children and families

Experience and training in curriculum development and training delivery (preferred)
Experience presenting to large groups (preferred)
