This role provides functional leadership and subject matter expertise to shape Alcoa's global mechanical engineering standards and technology roadmap.
The position is critical for aligning mechanical engineering programs with the Asset Management strategy to improve asset integrity, reliability, safety, and cost performance.
Candidates will act as a Global Technical Authority, driving the development of inspection, maintenance, and modernization policies aligned with international regulations.
