The role is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the total rewards framework spanning fixed pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in a sizable multi-national corporation's HR department with specialization in HRBP and C&B areas.
The position requires expert knowledge of state, local, and country labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters.
