Key Requirements

  • Six-plus years' experience OR eight-plus years of previous field operations experience
  • University degree and six-plus years’ experience
  • Additional 3-years of related experience if no University degree
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Good maintenance skills and experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel Programs)
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong maintenance planning and scheduling skills
  • Strong ability to solve problems and develop solutions
  • Deep technical (SME) expertise across multiple equipment classes
  • Advanced knowledge and application of maintenance and reliability best practices
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo) is preferred
  • Ability to read and understand P&ID/single and one-line drawings and OEM manuals is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations is desirable
