Must-have
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 3 years mental health inpatient experience
Understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
Willingness to work rotating roster including nights
Nice-to-have
Previous experience as Nurse in Charge or ANUM

Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to nurture collaborative team relationships

Key Requirements
