Base: $22.00-$25.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on surgical and anesthesia experience; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K matching, Paid Time Off, Mental Health Support, CE allowance, Scrub allowance
