Job Summary

  • As the REFS representative, acts as the touchpoint for customers to gather and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and challenge these needs to shape customer requirements ensuring all service activities deliver greatest value and quality.
  • The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the economical, timely and effective completion of projects, including developing engineering studies, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating construction.
  • Builds and develops talent within local REFS by creating succession plans for key positions, driving a continuous improvement mindset and developing and executing training in various areas of process excellence.
