Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately to supervisors.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Assist with lifting and transporting residents
Record food intake and fluid levels
