• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of IT experience OR Associate Degree with 4 years of IT experience
• 2 years PC desktop/helpdesk support for large user populations (500+)
• Experience supporting corporate executives or senior leadership
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret level security clearance
• Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently
