Job Summary

• This supervisory role leads and oversees the work of Facilities Technicians and Custodial staff ensuring facilities are properly maintained for residence hall, dining, and other housing locations.
• The position ensures our ability to meet life/safety requirements, maintain appropriate customer service levels and has partial cleaning responsibilities that helps cover all the daily responsibilities of the unit workload.
• The starting hourly wage is $23.00 or higher based on qualifications with a competitive retirement and benefits package, including vacation, holidays, and paid time off.

Base: $23.00/hour or higher; Bonus/Equity: Additional $2.50/hour for nighttime work on weekdays, up to $2.50/hour for daytime weekend work, and up to $3.30/hour for nighttime weekend work; Benefits: Competitive retirement and benefits package, including vacation, holidays, and paid time off
