This position is responsible for assisting all talent development activities under GTD for Europe and Mena including the management of assessment platforms.
The role requires designing and delivering customized workshops on topics such as Change Management, Decision Making, and Design thinking.
Candidates must be able to collaborate with global team members and participate in occasional meetings outside normal business hours.

Must-have
5+ years Talent development experience
LMS platform management (Cognota, Degreed)
Virtual and in-person training facilitation
Change Management and Leadership workshops
Project management of participant activities
Nice-to-have
Passionate interest in fighting cancer
Experience with DISC and 360 assessments
Ability to work across global time zones
Knowledge of 70/20/10 learning philosophy
Collaborative approach in fast-paced environment
