Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or obtain GED within 12 months
Valid US Driver’s License
Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree (preferred)
1 year operations, manufacturing, agriculture experience (preferred)
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles (preferred)
Experience with field/agriculture equipment (preferred)
