Job Summary

  • The Billing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of full-charge client billing, reporting directly to the Billing Manager and providing outstanding service to the Firm’s personnel, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Duties will include daily heavy client contract review and matter setup, generating client invoices for various billing arrangements, and tracking/reporting of multiple assignments and progress.
  • Qualified candidates must be highly flexible, committed to exceptional quality and accuracy, and possess strong teamwork skills to support Firm and department goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
