  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
  • This role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs and participation in regular nursing personnel meetings to improve service quality.
