  • This role involves supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, and development of staff, as well as implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
  • The DOR is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services, adherence to regulatory standards, accurate clinical documentation, and managing department productivity.

  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and / or Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
