Job Summary
As a team member, you will work closely with international colleagues to help solve our customers' technical problems and contribute to a sustainable future.
You will act as a central point of contact, supporting international customers via phone and email, including electricians and Fronius partners, and analyzing technical issues related to solar energy systems, storage solutions, and electric car chargers.
You will proactively share and develop your knowledge and skills within the international and national team and proactively cooperate in achieving set support goals and continuously improving the quality of national support services.
