Base: 80,000 - 120,000 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and possible equity; Benefits: Competitive insurance, retirement, PTO, and employee assistance program

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ years experience in critical facilities or data center operations
Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred
