Job Summary
The Director of Quality & Patient Safety leads efforts to ensure all behavioral healthcare sites operate within federal, state, and accreditation standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires conducting routine onsite visits at least once per quarter and leading root cause analyses to mitigate risks and improve patient outcomes.
