The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, documenting observations, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Follow infection control and safety policies
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
