Job Summary
The role supports seniors aged 60 and over to improve functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices under the Healthy Ageing Programmes Department.
You will forge and sustain partnerships with key inter-agency stakeholders including People's Association, grassroots organisations, and Active Ageing Centres.
Successful candidates will develop a scalable implementation model from pilot programs and monitor effectiveness using data insights.
