The RN Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Essential duties include coordinating resident care, administering IVs, supervising and instructing nursing staff, responding to emergencies, and participating in quality assurance programs.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility, and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
