Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in GMP production
Experience in upstream and downstream processing
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Broad understanding of product transfers
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to lead or support investigations
Competence in conducting risk assessments
Experience supervising and verifying cleaning operations
Strong understanding of world-class supply principles
