Job Summary

• Lead all jobsite activity from mobilization through podium, with focus on excavation support, mat slab or pile cap systems, waterproofing and dewatering systems, and podium structure transition and MEP coordination.
• Execute daily field operations with attention to tight right-of-way, pedestrian safety, and heavy equipment coordination within a constrained urban footprint.
• Drive site safety compliance, particularly in areas such as excavation, fall protection, and trenching, and enforce QA/QC standards across all structural elements.
