PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition efforts in the Asia, Middle East, and Europe (AMEE) regions. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of full life-cycle strategic recruiting experience and a demonstrated ability to source and manage diverse talent effectively

Job Summary

  • This temporary Associate Recruiter role will act as a Talent Advisor and recruit for our Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region, along with other global regions.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research, talent pipelines, and managing the full recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • The role requires partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop strategies for hiring top talent and improving recruiting processes.
