Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and facility standards.
You will provide direct nursing care as necessary, monitor nursing staff performance, participate in staff development, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
