Job Summary
Perform pre-cleaning, degreasing, and removal of contaminants using manual or mechanical methods to ensure surface profile meets paint manufacturer's requirements.
Apply primer, intermediate, and final topcoats with correct technique, ensuring even finish, correct gloss, and required shade, while adhering to paint mixing ratios and expiry dates.
Conduct quality control checks including measuring WFT and DFT, performing visual inspections for defects, and maintaining detailed paint records for traceability.
