Responsible for maintenance and conservation activities of building facilities, such as masonry, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, performing repairs and fixes.
Responsible for periodic verification rounds of equipment, taking consumption and performance measurements of equipment/installations, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as technical supervision of third parties contracted for specialized maintenance services.
