Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to be based at the Compliance Promotion Department (Kinshicho) and focus on promoting compliance in the assigned region, including preventing issues, identifying early signs, responding to incidents, and supporting employee and agent education.
  • The Compliance Department will be reorganized from FY2026, with the Compliance Promotion Department providing various support through agency inspections and data utilization to prevent misconduct and violations of company rules in regional business headquarters and service centers.
