The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
You will be required to assist in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and participating in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
This role involves ensuring sufficient licensed personnel are available for every shift, delegating authority to Charge Nurses, and monitoring absenteeism to maintain quality care.
