Job Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and proactively enhancing core processes related to Learning & Development in terms of logistics, reporting, metrics, invoice management, communications, training facility management and Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance.
This role will work closely with other members of the Learning & Development team, reporting to the Senior Consultant – Team Leader, L&D Operations, and will service the APAC region but will also be involved in global activities and projects.
