Job Summary

  • As a Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor, you will work closely with the Retirement Plan Counselor to help drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs.
  • You will be responsible for educating, training and motivating financial advisers and other financial intermediaries within a sales division to raise and retain assets for Capital Group.
  • You’ll receive a competitive salary, bonuses and benefits, and your company-funded retirement contribution will factor in salary and variable pay, including bonuses.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services sales experience
  • Proven experience in third party distribution
  • Broad knowledge of mutual fund business and retirement plan sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proven track of sales success in Retirement Plan Sales
  • Series 6 or 7 (or willing to obtain Series 7)
  • Series 63/65 or 66
  • AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA designations
