This role is responsible for moving the talent function from a reactive, administrative partner to a proactive, predictive engine for growth.

Base: $181,700 - $304,700 annually (select cities $218,100 - $332,600); Bonus/Equity: company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity; Benefits: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program

Key Requirements

Proven track record of transforming entrenched systems and processes
