Manulife is seeking a Senior Transformation & Finance Analyst to oversee EPM projects, conduct deep financial analyses, and foster relationships with stakeholders to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a background in financial analysis and project management, with experience in mentoring and developing business cases

Job Summary

  • Ensure all EPM projects apply appropriate project management frameworks, financial controls, OE methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on expenses, GL postings, accruals, reclasses, and variances to provide insights that support productivity, efficiency, and financial accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, BU leaders, Controllers, and global partners to drive alignment on financial integrity and productivity outcomes.
