Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to ensure the provision of comprehensive assessment and quality nursing care that meets the principles of person-centered care and the requirements of the Aged Care and Accreditation Standards.
You will have a hospitality style approach to cater to our resident’s needs in their homes, whilst empowering them to be independent and have a quality of life in our care.
