Job Summary
Act as a direct line manager for a group of Development Leads and/or Senior Analyst Developers, taking responsibility for their overall performance.
Assist the Head of Development in setting and maintaining a technical roadmap for the solution center, ensuring constant improvement to codebase health, developer tooling and process.
Work within the wider solution center management team to ensure staff work-life balance is maintained at an overall healthy level, including tracking excessive overtime and high leave balances.

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience on large scale technology delivery projects
Experience with line management in large scale technology organizations
First class bachelor's degree or higher and/or equivalent experience
