Colorado: $153,100 - $227,700; Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California: $183,800 - $250,500; Northern California: $192,200 - $261,800; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, Generous PTO plan and paid sick time, Flexible work arrangements, 401K with Profit Sharing, Wellness program, Generous parental leave, 11 paid holidays

Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ consulting or enterprise transformation experience
Strong experience with enterprise system architecture
Experience leading complex digital or AI-enabled transformation programs
Ability to bridge business strategy, operational redesign, and technology architecture
Bachelor’s degree in business, related major or equivalent work experience
