Key Requirements

  • 5+ years operations management experience
  • Experience managing multi-faceted team
  • Experience with contract staff unions
  • FMA, BES, or RPA designation is an asset
  • Contract management experience preferred
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
  • High level understanding of tenant construction
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to understand energy saving projects
  • Familiarity with sustainability programs preferred
  • Good understanding of government regulations
  • Knowledge of blueprints and construction drawings
  • Contract and RFP Experience
  • Shopping Centre or Commercial Real Estate accounting principles
