Haleon is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Warren, NJ location, offering a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have over five years of litigation experience, particularly in complex litigation, and will support the company’s global litigation initiatives

Job Summary

  • The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical, hands-on role supporting Haleon’s U.S. and global litigation portfolio, working closely with inhouse litigation counsel, the e-discovery team, legal operations, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel.
  • This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ location.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing multijurisdictional litigation
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures
  • Experience working with eDiscovery vendors, PACER, CM/ECF
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
