Job Summary

  • Lilly is constructing a cutting-edge facility for the manufacture of new modalities including Gene Therapy in Lebanon, Indiana.
  • The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for performing routine manufacturing activities across GMP manufacturing areas including Cell Culture, Downstream Purification, and Fill & Finish.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Direct manufacturing experience with automatic manual semi-automated equipment
  • Work in a cleanroom environment to produce advanced therapies
  • Adhere to cGLP and cGMP regulations
  • Safely work with BSL-2 materials

Nice-to-have

  • 3+ years pharmaceutical cleanroom experience
  • Hands-on expertise working with bioreactors TFFs and purification
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new digital systems
  • Good organization skills
