As a Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] at Applied Materials, you serve as the direct liaison with customers, collaborating closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
You’ll get the opportunity and practice to work on the most advanced semiconductor equipment while learning new skills or perfecting existing ones such as advanced trouble shooting and problem solving, project management, robotics, semiconductor device manufacturing processes and more.
This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs.
