Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years ASIC hardware development experience
  • Jtag protocols Scan and BIST architectures
  • Post-silicon test bring up and debug
  • RTL QA checks including lint and CDC
  • Memory BIST and boundary scan expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Scripting skills in Tcl Python or Perl
  • Experience with bare die and stacked die models
  • Innovative hardware DFT strategy development
  • Cross-functional solution brainstorming leadership

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of ASIC Hardware Development experience
  • Prior experience on hardware design specifications and verification plan/matrix
