Job Summary

  • The HR Manager is responsible for a wide range of human resources activities for both lawyers and staff, including employee relations, strategic planning, policy interpretation, onboarding and offboarding and general coordination for the office.
  • The HR Manager directly supervises Paralegals, Legal Practice Coordinators, and Legal Support Specialists, and is responsible for staff performance, personnel practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Due to the nature of Human Resources Management, this role is expected to work in the office full-time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
