Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for a wide range of human resources activities for both lawyers and staff, including employee relations, strategic planning, policy interpretation, onboarding and offboarding and general coordination for the office.
The HR Manager directly supervises Paralegals, Legal Practice Coordinators, and Legal Support Specialists, and is responsible for staff performance, personnel practices, policies, and employment laws.
Due to the nature of Human Resources Management, this role is expected to work in the office full-time.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
