Key responsibilities include managing and retaining High Value Players, developing tailored rewards, working with other departments to increase customer experience, and meeting productivity and SLA targets.
The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end customer service, experience managing a team, excellent communication skills, and essential knowledge of the online gaming industry.

Base: $97,000 - $121,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and stock program participation; Benefits: Extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; retirement program with employer contributions; 12 holidays and two floating holidays; paid sick time
