Job Summary

• This role will see you acting for global financial institutions, listed and multi-national companies, funds, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors on a wide range of restructurings and workouts, complex financing arrangements, special situations, insolvency.
• Working closely with partner Katie Higgins and other senior practitioners within a nationally collaborative team, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop both your legal and client relationship skills within a top tier law firm under the mentorship of industry experts.
• The national Clayton Utz Restructuring and Insolvency team advises on all aspects of restructurings, insolvencies special situations, and has been retained in lead roles in many of the most significant R&I matters in Australia.
