Base: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MLOps platform using Kubeflow, Kubernetes
Python, Go, Terraform proficiency
Cloud computing and infrastructure
Design and build microservices/APIs
CI/CD workflows for ML components
Agentic AI systems, LangChain, LangSmith
Nice-to-have
Curious minds and courageous collaborators
Sun-drenched optimism and drive
Empathy and shared enthusiasm
Mentoring experience
Familiarity with Databricks, Sagemaker, Spark
Key Requirements
6+ years validated industry experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Engineering
Experience with AWS and GCP
Experience running Kubernetes clusters in production
