Job Summary
The Boathouse Dock hand is responsible for assisting with all boathouse services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe dock area, assist guests safely getting in and out of boats, and secure company property.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, while directing customer issues to supervisor or unit manager.
