  • HPLC/UPLC method development for mAbs and ADCs
  • Protein A affinity capture and ion exchange chromatography
  • Analytical and preparative purification workflows
  • Sample preparation minimizing adsorption and degradation
  • mAb/ADC characterization using LC and orthogonal techniques

Nice-to-have

  • Deep appreciation of chemical structure and physical properties
  • Familiarity with multidimensional separation techniques (2DLC)
  • Experience with intact and subunit LC-MS structural workflows
  • Knowledge of glycan profiling and peptide mapping
  • Mentorship capabilities within scientific teams

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biochemistry/chemistry with 3-5 years experience OR M.S. with 8 years experience
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC for monoclonal antibodies and ADCs
  • Experience with Protein A, ion exchange, SEC, HIC, and reversed-phase chromatography
