Salary
Base: $60,200.00 - $111,800.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives available; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and vacation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years supervisory experience
Physical and digital archival collections
Cataloging and digitization project management
Budgeting capex and opex for archives
Writing SOPs, RFPs, and policies
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of film and television history
Familiarity with Warner Bros. and HBO content
Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environment
Ability to embrace change and adapt processes
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
Masters in Library Science or related field preferred
Experience with collection management systems
Working knowledge of archival cataloging standards
