Job Summary

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of sales ledger accounts for our Care Homes and carry out credit control activities, following up overdue payments by phone, email or letter in a supportive and sensitive way.
  • Respond to queries from residents, families and colleagues, giving clear and friendly guidance, and work closely with Care Home Administrators and Finance teams to maintain accurate debt positions.
